Meet the OM TOWN Team
Angela Thompson
Angela was a longtime runner when she took up yoga to balance her high-impact workouts, and her weekly “stretch” soon became a daily practice: the moving meditation that allowed stress and anxiety to melt away, the asana, the way the practice made her feel in her body. Daily practice led to a more balanced life on and off the mat, and she began to study yoga seriously, earning her 200HR RYT, followed by a 50HR Yin Teacher Training and then by a 300HR YTT. Angela’s teaching philosophy embraces the beginner and experienced yogi alike, with classes composed of fun, thoughtful, and sometimes challenging sequences that still allow for clear, precise instructions and multiple modifications to support everyone’s practice.
