This class will give you a great foundation in all aspects of YOGA. It is designed to enhance your understanding of some of the pillars of YOGA: Asana, Meditation and Kundalini Energy.
Led by Denise Saucedo, this class will be offered in Spanish.
Denise is bilingual and will help guide any non-native Spanish speakers. You do not have to have a background in YOGA or you do not have to speak Spanish to attend. You can follow the class, watch, and repeat the movements and gain valuable insight, experience and harmony in your practice.
